How to use your Medibank flu vaccine voucher at a participating Amcal, Discount Drug Stores or Myhealth Medical Centre.
1. Be a registered Live Better member
Already registered? Fab! Redeem your flu vaccine voucher for 0-points in the Live Better rewards store in the My Medibank app.
Otherwise, you can register for Live Better rewards here.*
2. Redeem your flu vaccine voucher in the Live Better rewards store
Visit Live Better rewards in the My Medibank app, click "Shop rewards" on the home screen to go to the rewards store.
The 0-point flu vaccine voucher will be a featured reward at the top or you can find it under Cover rewards.
3. Receive your voucher
Once redeemed, you will receive an email from Medibank Live Better rewards.
Select "Click here to download" and your flu vaccine voucher will open.
4. Now book your vax, if it is right for you!
With your voucher code, you can now book your flu vax appointment at your nearest participating Amcal, Discount Drug Stores or participating Myhealth Medical Centre~ at a date and time that suits you, if receiving the flu vaccine is right for you.
PLEASE NOTE
The flu vaccine voucher is available for redemption from the Live Better rewards store until the 31st July 2025. Remember to use your voucher before Sunday 31st August 2025.
Discount Drug Stores do not require you to enter your flu vax voucher code at the time of booking. However, please ensure that you bring your flu vaccine voucher with you to your vaccination appointment.
People from specific risk groups may be eligible to receive a free flu vaccination as part of the Australian Government's National Immunisation Program. This includes:
- if you are 6 months and over and have a medical condition that means you have a higher risk of getting serious disease (a qualified health professional can advise if you or your child have a specified medical risk condition)
- if you identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres-Strait Islander (and are aged 6 months & over)
- if you are pregnant (at any stage of pregnancy)
- people aged 65 years and over
- children aged 6 months to under 5 years
Some states and territories may offer free vaccines for other groups. Talk to your vaccination provider or visit your state or territory health department website to find out.

~ Flu vaccination may not be suitable for everyone – you should consult with your medical practitioner to confirm whether it is right for you. Each eligible member is entitled to redeem this voucher from the Live Better rewards store 3 times per calendar year, but should only use the voucher for themselves or their dependant child in accordance with a medical practitioner's advice. This voucher is not transferable – It can only be used by the person whose name is on the voucher or their dependant child of a suitable age. This voucher may only be used at participating Amcal pharmacies & Discount Drug Stores or participating Myhealth Medical Centres, while stocks last - See https://sigmahealthcare.com.au/corporate-flu-locations/ for participating pharmacies and see www.myhealth.net.au/medibank-flu-vaccines/ for participating Myhealth Medical Centres. Vouchers must be presented in pharmacy or medical centres at the time of vaccination. Details listed on this voucher may be provided back to Medibank for the purposes of invoicing, however personal health information provided in the pre-screening form or discussed with your pharmacist/medical centre professional will not be disclosed to Medibank. Voucher expires on 31st August 2025. Voucher will be sent to the email address linked to your Live Better account at time of redemption from the Live Better rewards store.
Myhealth additional information: When using a flu vaccine voucher at a participating Myhealth Medical Centre, no out of pocket costs will be incurred for Medicare card holders during a standard flu vaccination consultation. Consult fees may apply for non-Medicare card holders or if consulting with your GP for additional health matters (for example, another health issue or prescription).
