Medibank Group brand ahm and Kogan.com have today announced an agreement that will allow Kogan.com to offer health insurance policies under the new brand ‘Kogan Health’.
The three-year agreement will see the fast-growing ahm brand work with Kogan.com on an offering to be launched in the first half of 2018.
Medibank Group Executive, Chief Customer Officer David Koczkar said the rise and expansion of Kogan.com had similarities with ahm.
“Kogan.com has been very good at creating a sharp, low-fuss online experience for value-conscious customers.
“And our ahm brand has also been growing rapidly and getting an enthusiastic response from customers who just want things to be simple, affordable, and on their terms.
“So this partnership is a great match and we’ll be able to do something different and attractive for Kogan Health customers,” he said.
David Shafer, Executive Director of Kogan.com, said the partnership with Medibank was another important opportunity to delight Kogan’s large and growing community, by offering better value health insurance to the Australian public.
