Our 2024 annual and sustainability reports showcase the work we are doing to deliver the best health and wellbeing for Australia. This is our vision and it is at the heart of all that we do.
We know our customers and the broader community want healthcare done differently and we have continued to invest in prevention and primary care, virtual health and homecare to deliver greater healthcare value, choice and control.
In doing so, we are accelerating the health transition underway in Australia, helping to ensure our health system remains accessible and affordable for the long term.
To lead this change, we have changed the way we work as a company – simplifying our processes and building more autonomous teams while seeking to create the healthiest workplace in Australia.
We have also progressed our environmental, social and governance (ESG) focus areas, working to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our community and our planet.

• 4m+ primary care interactions through Amplar Health and Myhealth
• 193k hospital bed days saved through prevention and homecare programs
• $3.3m+ community investment
• $4.4m spent with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses
• 85% of employees report they have the flexibility to manage their work/life commitments
• 64% renewable electricity (at 30 June 2024)
