Medibank private appoints peter mcneil as general manager, victoria, tasmania and south australia

Australia's largest private health insurance fund, Medibank Private, has appointed Peter McNeil to the position of General Manager for Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

Mr McNeil was previously Medibank Private's General Manager, Private Health Insurance Services, responsible for provider service activities and the B2B operations of the organisation. He has been with the fund for the past four years.

Mr McNeil has a Bachelor of Business and a post graduate qualification in accounting.

Prior to working with Medibank Private, Mr McNeil was with the Colonial Group, driving business opportunities around virtual channels (such as Call Centres, EFTPOS, Internet and Online Banking) in Australia and into Asia.
