Medibank Private's move to 700 Collins Street consolidated three offices in the Melbourne CBD into one without increasing the business' costs. The new building boasts some of the best energy saving technology and design using environmentally friendly materials.
The move to 700 Collins Street has provided staff with an improved working environment, and has allowed for greater communication and collaboration within the wider Medibank Private team.
We are confident our new environment will see us continue to build a performance organisation, and deliver consistent and excellent service.
Approximately half of Medibank's employees work from 700 Collins Street, with the balance spread across Australia in 100 retail centres, customer call centres and operations teams.
