Medibank has unveiled its new Richmond store in Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre at 620 Victoria Street.
The store will provide exceptional customer service to members of the Richmond community seeking Medibank Health, Pet, Life and Travel insurance.
Richmond store manager, Charlie Lee, said the new Medibank retail centre benefits from its knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff, who can assist customers with all their Medibank enquiries. Staff members also speak Cantonese, Vietnamese and Mandarin.
"Our employees are proud to be one of almost 100 Medibank stores supporting local communities across Australia," said Mr Lee.
"The new store not only allows us to expand our services to Richmond but also to the surrounding suburbs of Collingwood, Burnley, Abbotsford, Cremorne, East Melbourne and Hawthorn, which is a significant reach."
The opening of the Richmond store is all part of Generation Better - Medibank's -commitment to encouraging Australians to take steps towards better health, regardless of their age, gender or health status.
The Richmond store will trade from 9am -5pm Monday-Friday (opening at 9.30am on Wednesdays) and 10am-2pm on Saturday in Shop G50, Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, 620 Victoria Street Richmond (near Coles).
