Medibank announces key dates in relation to the year ended June 30, 2015

Medibank Private Limited (Medibank) (ASX: MPL) announces key dates in relation to the year ended 30 June 2015:

Results announcement 21 August 2015. Following the release of the results, Medibank will hold a teleconference and webcast briefing for investors and analysts at 11.30am Melbourne time on the same day. Information on how to register is available here. The briefing will be delivered by George Savvides, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and Paul Koppelman, Chief Financial Officer.

Dividend record date: 7 September 2015.

Dividend payment date: 28 September 2015.

Annual General Meeting: 21 October 2015. The meeting will be held at the Function Centre, National Tennis Centre, Melbourne Olympic Park, Batman Avenue, Melbourne at 10.30am.
