Welcoming customers back into our Victorian and South Australian stores

Following the announcement of an easing of COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria and South Australia, Medibank will tomorrow reopen its stores.

Head of Retail Andrew Carlson said strict health and safety standards will remain in place to protect our people and customers.

“We are excited to welcome customers back in-store and have face-to-face conversations,” Mr Carlson said.

“I am so proud of how our people have continued to adapt and transition so quickly over the last 18-months to working remotely, while still providing the best possible customer service.”

Strict hygiene standards will remain in place as part of measures to protect the health of our people and all who visit our store. Customers will be required to wear masks at all times while in Medibank stores, in line with Government requirements.
