Nourish your body

Warm days call for fresh salads, delicious smoothies and colourful fruits. Bored of all your go-to meals? Start by giving your pantry a makeover and getting stocked up on wholesome essentials – then it’s time to start exploring new recipes to get you excited about eating well. Fill up on lots of delicious vegetables, fruits, wholegrains, low fat dairy and lean protein and remind yourself again how nourishing it feels to eat healthy, nutritious food.

Leading up to the festive season, it’s also a good time to think about trying to cut back on alcohol, sugar and caffeine. There will be plenty of opportunities and temptations to indulge, so reducing your consumption now can help you get in balance and encourage you to make healthier choices when those end-of-year parties roll around. You’ll feel brighter and more energetic – and your waistline and wallet will both thank you.
