How you can help stop the spread of COVID-19
Although restrictions have started to ease, here’s a quick reminder of some of the safety measures that can protect you and the ones you care about against COVID-19.
Practice good hand hygiene
Use hand sanitiser when washing hands isn’t possible.
Maintain physical distancing
Keep at least 1.5 metres away from others.
Stay home
Avoid contact with others if you're feeling unwell.
Get tested
Get tested as soon as possible if you feel any of the symptoms of COVID-19.
