Many extras providers offer the convenience of claiming on the spot using your digital or physical card, making the process quick and hassle-free.

Easily submit your claims through our My Medibank app or online from the comfort of your home. Simply log in, follow the step-by-step instructions, and upload any necessary documents.

Submit your claims in person at one of our stores. Simply bring your receipts and a completed claim form, and our team will assist you in processing the claim on the spot.

To claim via post, simply send your completed claim form and the original invoices or receipts to: Medibank Private Limited, GPO BOX 2984, MELBOURNE VIC 3001. Keep in mind, this process takes longer, and you’ll receive a faster outcome by claiming online.

Don't forget: Nominate your account for reimbursements

Make sure you’re ready to receive your reimbursements quickly by nominating your bank account in the My Medibank app or web. Simply log in and update your account details so that any claims are paid directly into your nominated account. It’s fast, easy, and hassle-free!
