Brendan’s top triathlon tips

  • In swimming, every bad stroke you do takes you back to square one, so make every stroke count.
  • Cycling comes down to gaining confidence, in both handling the bike and how you’re moving.
  • In running, focus on how much time your feet are on the ground and how frequently they touch the ground to help find a rhythm.
