Health Concierge provides personalised health support to help eligible Medibank hospital members prepare for, or recover from, a hospital stay or treatment. It’s our way of offering that extra care and support to our members who need it most.
If you have an upcoming visit to hospital within the next 6 weeks and have some questions about your visit, call the Priority line on 1300 580 439 and ask to be transferred to the Health Concierge service.
Health advice
If you need clinical advice, we connect you to our 24/7 Medibank Nurse, or link you to services in the community and other health programs.
Hospital support
We help take the stress out of an upcoming hospital stay, a new diagnosis, or an ongoing condition. We even check in with regular follow-up calls at key times during your health journey.
