What is Extra Care?†
Extra Care is an included benefit with Pet Max
Our canine companions deserve special care. Extra Care is an additional benefit available with Medibank Pet Insurance that can cover things like specialised therapies and the treatment of specified dental conditions. It's included with Pet Max and available as an optional benefit with Pet Plus and Pet Protect. Extra Care has a $2,000 benefit limit and is in addition to your overall annual benefit limit.

- Gingivitis
- Abscesses
- Odontoclastic resorptive lesions
- Dental disease arising from infection
- Retained deciduous teeth
- Cavities; or
- Fractured teeth due to dental disease
Specialised therapies
- Physiotherapy and physical therapy
