Our security measures are designed to protect your personal information better than ever before. That way, you can continue to live better and make the most of your membership with us.
We have a 2-step verification process. This happens via SMS or email when you call us, or via email when you access or update your details in My Medibank. MFA provides additional security and helps to safeguard the personal information in your Medibank account.
Our security team monitors our systems and the dark web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They do this to ensure that the personal and health information you or your authorised representatives – like health service providers – provided to us is not misused.
We often engage third-party cybersecurity firms to test our security controls.
