Bean Salad Recipe

Chop up your veggies, toss them in a jar - this colourful and filling salad couldn't be easier

Ingredients

Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house.
If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.







What to do

    1. Finely chop baby spinach

    2. Grate cucumber and carrot

    3. Cut avocado into cubes

    4. Rinse beans.

    5. Mix in a medium sized bowl.

    6. Top with salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice.

  • Tip:

    1. If you grate the veggies (especially if they are organic) the natural juices will give your salad enough flavour not to need vinegar and oil. Lemon juice gives it that extra kick!
