Delicious dahl recipe

Fuel your gut with this delicious dahl packed with lentils, coconut milk and spices, served with veggies, rice, and fresh herbs.

What to do

    1. Cook onion and coconut oil in medium pot over medium heat.

    2. Add spices and cook for 3 more minutes, then add the lentils, veggie broth and coconut milk.

    3. Bring to boil and then reduce to low heat and simmer uncovered for 45-60 minutes (until lentils have absorbed most of the liquid).

    4. While lentils are cooking, stir-fry your veggies in some coconut oil or grass-fed butter and tamari sauce.

    5. Turn off heat, add the garlic immediately and stir for 1 minute.
