What to do

    1. Place all ingredients (apart from coconut flakes) into a glass container and mix well.

    2. Top with coconut flakes and store in the fridge overnight.

    3. Serve with plain Greek yoghurt or non-dairy alternative (optional) for breakfast the next morning.
