Smashed avocado with sweet persimmon recipe

A super simple take on a Sunday brunch classic.

What to do

Toast sourdough and spread on a layer of avocado.
    1. Remove persimmon Calyx (stem), rinse and thinly slice lengthways then halve the rounds.

    2. Layer persimmon on top of avocado.

    3. Taste and enjoy!
