If an active user has never had a free trial to Calm Premium before, they would need to cancel the current subscription and wait until it expires completely, before being able to redeem and apply the 0-point reward for a 3 month trial of Calm Premium.

Yes, payment card details are required upon sign up to Calm and to begin the free trial period. When the free trial period ends, you will automatically be subscribed to a yearly Calm Premium subscription at A$79.99 every year. You will be billed for this subscription by Calm once the free trial period ends using the payment card details you have provided unless you cancel your free trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. 

Yes, Live Better rewards members who continue with an annual Calm subscription after the free trial ends can also earn 10 Live Better rewards points per $1 spent on the subscription when using a payment card that has been linked to Live Better rewards.

Live Better rewards points will be awarded on the transaction total, after all savings, discounts, vouchers and gift cards have been applied.

In order to earn Live Better rewards points for your Calm subscription, Live Better rewards members must:

- Successfully link a Mastercard ®, Visa® or eftpos ® card to your Live Better accounts, and

- Use the linked card when paying the balance of the subscription at Calm.com

Yes, Live Better rewards members can redeem a Calm Annual Subscription E-Gift Card reward for 8,000 Live Better rewards points via the Live Better reward store to pay for their Calm annual subscription after the 3 month free trial period ends. To do so, a Live Better user must cancel their existing subscription prior to the end of the 3 month trial period to avoid your subscription auto renewing on your payment card. You will then need to use the Calm e-gift card you have redeemed to pay for the annual subscription thereafter.

The 12 month annual subscription begins as soon as the gift card is redeemed via Calm. 

You can cancel your Calm subscription's auto-renewal or free trial at any time.

To cancel your Calm subscription:

Tap 'Profile' on the Calm app's Home screen.

Tap the 'Settings' gear icon in the top left corner of your screen.

Tap 'Manage Subscription' and follow the instructions here to cancel your subscription.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple and Google Play, tap the word 'here' on your Manage Subscription page to be redirected to your device's subscription settings.
